YORUBALAND'S MOST FLAMBOYANT KING- EMPEROR OF IWO GETS SET FOR A MASSIVE 50TH BIRTHDAY & 2ND CORONATION ANNIVERSARY


Saturday, October 7, 2017 is the d-day. And the occasion or event is a double edged one. On that historic day is when the self-styled, self acclaimed "Emperor of Iwoland, the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Adewale Akanbi", would clock 50 years old and it would also be the celebration of his 2nd year coronation anniversary on the throne of his ancestors.

To celebrate the double-pronged event, the "most flamboyant and probably the loudest monarch in Yorubaland" has vowed to bring together some of the biggest names in the country.

Come the date of the event, the ancient town would play host to the likes of the former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo, GCFR, also expected is the richest blackman in the world and richest African under the sun, in the person of Alhaji Aliko Dangote, who would be coming alongside his very good friend, Femi Otedola, another certified Nigerian billionaire and Chairman of FO, another top personality expected to grace the occasion is none other than reclusive billionaire and owner of Glo, Otunba "Dr" Mike Adenuga. These names mentioned are just a few of those expected, we hear all the Emirs in the North and other well known dignitaries are also expected to converge at the event.

Chairman of the occasion is none other than the "self acclaimed number 1 monarch in Yorubaland", the Olugbo of Ugboland, Oba Fredrick Obateru Akinruntan, who is also said to be the wealthiest monarch in Africa. The "mother of the day" is none other than the Matriach of the Folawiyo family, ace fashion designing legend Hajia Abah Folawiyo, while the Chief Host is none other than the Ijesha Executive Governor of Osun State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.

According to the statement released from His Royal Majesty's palace, the Canadian returnee has the following to say, "As a responsible father I am thirsty of development. There are 2 Iwos; the old Iwo & the new Iwo. The new Iwo is the best because we have migrated from obscurity to light. The name is everywhere now and big investments are underway".

So with this upcoming revelry, it would showcase the razzmatazz the King has been trying to package for his kingdom all of this while.
